Ivan has represented an environmental company for over 20 years gaining experience in regulatory matters and compliance issues. Ivan has been involved in the litigation of hazardous waste disposal cases, underground storage tank litigation and the Clean water act. Ivan has worked with the EPA developing compliance plans to avoid debarment from federal grants and projects.
