Biography:
Ivan has over 29 years of experience in state and federal courts and has tried major cases involving catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, and toxic torts. Ivan won the largest damage award in Oregon history for a non-public person in a defamation case. He has extensive appellate experience in the Oregon appellate courts. He has tried in excess of 115 jury trials throughout the state of Oregon and regularly appears before the courts in the Portland, Oregon tri-county area and Clark County, Washington.
